Art. 1. The present Personal data policy, referred hereinafter to as the „Personal data policy“, aims at regulating the relationships when processing personal data between Raykov-07 EOOD, referred hereinafter to as the „Supplier“, owner of the web site: www.raykov07.com, referred hereinafter to as the „Web site“ , and each and every one of the users, referred hereinafter to as the „User/s“ , of the Web site, in connection with using the web site by the User.

Art. 3. (1) The Supplier, via the Web site, collects, stores and processes personal data of users only in relation to his business, in conformity with the requirements of the applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) Personal data of the User can be used for certification and accomplishment of the communication related to any inquiries made or job applications generated, provision of advertisement content adjusted in conformity with the interests of the User, mailing news bulletin in cases where the User has previously provided his/her consent to receive one, statistical information for using of the web site, protection of the information security of the web site, for accounting purposes in relation to using the services of the supplier, securing the provision of services by the supplier.
(3) The Supplier shall not use and shall not process personal data of the User, which provide information about his/her racial or ethnic origin, which are related to the health, sexual life, human genome of the User, or which are related to political, religious, philosophical beliefs or involvements.
(4) The Supplier shall undertake measures for protection of the User’s personal data according to the operating legislation in Republic of Bulgaria, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
